I restored it within 24 hours after it was escalated to me and became a go-to SME for urgent reporting and production problems.
I added document and image retrieval to an internal research application to make operational research easier.
Operations reported that certain workflows took about 1-2 minutes, removing the need for a dedicated supervisor research workflow.
Reconstructed fragmented operational data into more reliable source-of-truth models with normalized statuses and effective-dated history. Evaluated server logs, source-system data, SQL platforms, and analytics-derived data for ingestion and reporting.

Built and deployed a private event application for an event with 150 invitees. It supported RSVP and event details for guests and their households, including family-member access, contact updates, and place-card names.
Implemented Twilio SMS verification/2FA, guest and household grouping, RSVP workflows, family contact and phone updates so household members could sign in, name management for place cards, table assignments, administration screens, and application/user/request logging.
Operate real services and applications on Proxmox VE, Linux virtual machines and containers, and Ubuntu Server, including networking, storage, service troubleshooting, and GPU-backed local AI/model-serving workloads.
Use nginx for web serving, reverse proxying, application/service routing, and TLS termination, with Let's Encrypt certificate automation. Previously implemented Grafana resource monitoring on an Ubuntu Server VPS hosting this portfolio. Currently learning Terraform through hands-on homelab use.
Build practical automation and troubleshooting workflows with Selenium, requests, and API interactions.
Use reusable functions, loops and control flow, session handling, and exception/error handling to automate browser and HTTP-request workflows. This complements my enterprise application work with another hands-on programming tool.
Designed, built, and deployed an asset-lending application for a nonprofit using AWS EC2 for application hosting and Amazon RDS for Microsoft SQL Server.
Modeled inventory/assets, borrowers, checkout and return, item condition, due dates, and possession verification to track who held each asset and support accountability.
